Domu Ajaju Guest House

It can often be tricky to find the right place for your holidays. With Domu Ajaju, it was definitely the best choice. I would like to start with the amazing service. We really felt comfortable staying there. We had a large room. There is also a very nice private small garden where you can have your breakfast or have a small glass of wine for a romantic evening. The hotel is modern and new. The shower was great, stylish, very clean and spacious. The Internet connection was working fine and I didn't feel any lags watching videos on YouTube. I must had that the room was very quiet and the air-conditioning system was working very well (when the wife is complaining that it is too cold, it's a good sign that the air-conditioning is working well !). Domu Ajaju is very close to the center with all the bars and restaurants and shops. By walk, you will reach the Plaza in 3 minutes. The surrounding is very safe. We had a scooter for our stay and it was easy to park just in front of the hotel. Again, the hotel is very well located as you are close to all the nicest beaches. In 10-15 minutes (always driving slowly and carefully), you can reach Punta Molentis Beach, which is one of the most beautiful beach I've ever seen in my life. To conclude, there were very few minor points. The only minor point for me were the electrical plugs. It looks like the Italian plugs are slightly smaller and it was difficult for me to plug my regular electronics (coming from Poland or France). The wardrobe is very large but there was only one shelf. It would have been more comfortable to have more compartments or shelves to organise our things. To conclude, I highly recommend Domu Ajaju if you are looking for a comfortable stay with easy access to everything.

Visited in September 2020 for one night. This is a renovated and comfirtable B&b. We spotted Ricardo from the street when he was doing some maintanence next to the house. He was very friendly and helpful with finding parking (close to the facility) and recomended good resturants. The room is classy designed. Good bed, refrigerator, well working ac, spatious and well designed bathroom. For the future I would recommend adding a small kitchen for the guests, now there is a coffea machine and kettle (if I remember correctly). Marek

Great room for the price, very clean and comfortable. Internet was also great. The host was very professional and kind. I could also park my motorbike in his indoor parking

The room was super clean and Ricardo was very very kind and helpful! Very fast reply on questions and so good service we would recomend this apartment and if we go again to vilasimius we would choose it again! All was nice. The bed was very comfortable the condition was great the refrigerator was super cold it was nice to refresh with cold water on a hot day! And the cute balkon was also a great place to enjoy. Ricardo was the Best! It was excelent, simple, clean and calm. Shower is extraordinary.

I’ve been on vacation in Villasimius many times, this was by far the best accommodations I have experienced and will return again next year!
